Hegai I.N. was born in 1930.From 1952 to 1969 he is an active partisipator of republicans' displays.
Hegai I.N. is a member of Russian Union of Artists from 1967. In 1991 his works were exposed in German. His creations are kept in museums of Kazakhstan, in the russian museums and in private collections in USA, German, Finland, Bulgaria, Taiwan, Poland.
