 The Art Museum of Stary Oskol is situated in the cultural centre of the city. There are House of Mayor, The Local Lore Museum , The modern cinema "October" not far from the centure. The Artist's House, The Childrens School of Art, the studios of many native artists are based in the area of the city. Halls of The Art Museum are not very large to snow all those who wish to be exhibited. Therefor, The Art Museum works with many organizations which are redy to give their areas for exspositions:
