Born in Ufa. Art historian (with artistic academic background). Graduated from the Arts College in Ufa and Construction and Technological faculty of Moscow Technological Institute. Worked as an expert in art galleries, since 1996 working in the Museum of the Outsiders' Art (Moscow), at present time as a deputy-director. Curator of the numerous exhibitions of the Museum of the Outsiders' Art including those in Capetown (SAR), Achternaque (Luxemburg), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nikosia (Cyprus) et. al.
