Rozhkov Vladimir Konstantinovich. B.1933. Kaluga region
Born and grew up in the village Del’naya Dubrava, near Tambov. Worked in Moscow as an electrician, at 26 got head injury and became an invalid. In 1967-1972 took instructions at PUAC. Paints after memory, without preliminary sketches. Most of his paintings are landscapes: «Nature is my teacher»,- comments Rozhkov.
