Unknown artist of the mid-XIX century Pechora Centre. S.Denisov, I.Filippov, D.Vikulov Paper, ink, tempera. 35 õ 74,5 SHM Inv. 35264/ÈII-1896 Purchased in 1898 at the fair in Moscow. Filippov Ivan (1661-1744), historian at the Vygovsk monastery, its fourth kinoviarch (since 1741). His book «Istoriya o zachale Vygovskoy pustyni» contains valuble materials about the foundation and early decades of the community.
