Kozyrin Nikolay Ivanovich. 1908-1995. Ul’yanovsk region
Born and grew up in Bashkiriya, after graduation from the technical college, worked as a master-technologist. War veteran, after getting wounded and demobilisation in 1944 he settled down in the town of Melekess, not far from Ulyanovsk, where he worked as a gardener until retired. At the age of 80 he painted the first picture. His small-size pictures on the cardboard are mostly conversation pieces in the natural background or still-lives.
