OUR "VACANCIES" Corrector for the project Requirements: literacy, capability to react operatively to the new publications. The knowledge of html is desirable, but not necessary. "Armourers" - experts of arms of the european armies of the beginning of XIX century. Requirements: knowledge of the subject, ability to express the thoughts in written form well and, certainly, desire to work.:-) It's desirable, but not necessary: knowledge of html, access to the scanner. "Uniformists" - experts of uniform of the european armies of the beginning of XIX century. Requirements: knowledge of the subject, ability to express clearly the thoughts in written form, access to the scanner and, certainly, desire to work.:-) It's desirable, but not necessary: knowledge of html. "Biographer" -a person ready to write the biographies of Russian and French soldiers and generals. Requirements: minimum knowledge of html, desire to take by this hard, but noble work. The masters of the artel, from their part, are obliged to grant to the candidate all their materials. Authors If you are studied a history of Napoleon for a long time, and want to publish yours works in the Internet (it may be scientific, literary or publicistic materials) - we are always ready to render our assistance. Translators If you know quite well foreign languages and are able to make a translation of any interesting book / article of Napoleon epoch, or, on the contrary to translate any materials of our site to English (or any other language) - you are welcome. We'll accept it with gratitude and we'll fix your authorship and copyright of the translations on our site pages. Requirements: knowledge not only foreign language, but also literary one. :-) Collectors If you have rare books, engravings, pictures, etc., dealing with Napoleonic epoch, and you can give them for scanning / photography - contact us. We guarantee from our part that your name remain unforgotten, and ours thanks will be expressed publicly. Scannermen If you are interested in Napoleonic epoch, you have literature, scanner and desire to make something useful - write to us - you'll became a supplier of our library. Requirements: ability to work with OCR programs. Knowledge of html is desirable, but not necessary. Members of military-historical clubs If you want your club to be well-known please send / bring the materials - we'll be pleased to publish it. Sponsors Our project is absolutely noncommercial, existing only thanks to the pure enthusiasm of the masters of our artel. Of course there are some "pluses" - we don't depend on anybody, except the site “ Museums of Russia ”, which we are much obliged for the given space on the server, but there are also some "minuses" - sometimes we have no financial capability to get indispensable materials (to purchase or to make a copy in the library).
