KOLICHEV STEPAN ALEXEYEEVICH (1746-1805) Russian diplomat At the emperor Pavel I he was the envoy in Holland, Prussia, Austria. In 1801 Kolichev having a title of the real privy councillor and holding a post of the vice-chancellor, was directed with special mission to Paris to Napoleon I for restoring the diplomatic relations. He has been in France from March 13 till September 29, 1801.
Stepan Kolichev belonged to a well known Russian noble family. For example, mitropolit Fedor Stepanovich Kolichev was canonized and Stepan Andreyeevich Kolichev was one of the tzar Peter I closest councillors and heraldmasters.
